摘要
色料在陶瓷制品的装饰中发挥着十分重要的作用,色料对坯料化学组成有很大的选择性和适应性。现有色料多针对长石-石英-高岭土系统,而针对镁质瓷的色料研究较少。本文以高岭土、滑石、碱式碳酸镁为基础原料,通过掺杂钴、铬、镍、铜等副族元素形成发色离子,通过固相反应合成色料,并借助XRD对合成物相进行分析。考察堇青石基色料的可行性,为色料种类的拓展提供参考。
Pigments play an important role in the decoration of ceramic products,which must be selec-tive and adaptability with the ceramic body.Existing pigments series usually used for feldspar-quartz-kaolinite system,less research for the magnesia porcelain pigment.In this paper,the pigments do-ping of cobalt,chromium,nickel,copper and other elements deputy based on kaolin,talc,magnesi-um carbonate - based raw materials were synthesized by solid - reaction,following an analysis of phase complex by XRD.The study of cordierite-based pigment provides a reference for the expansion application.
