摘要
以一个成功运行的项目为例,系统阐述了地源热泵系统设计的流程、方法及注意事项。以全年能耗模拟结果为依据,明确了冷却塔的运行策略,平衡了地埋管侧放热、吸热量。为保证系统的高效运行,对该地块的岩土结构与热响应特性进行了实地勘测,得出了土壤冬、夏季工况下的实际换热能力。冷热源采用地源热泵主机与辅助冷却塔相结合的空调形式,按单台主机的容量配置闭式冷却塔。工程竣工后的实测数据证明了该系统的高效、节能性。
Taking a successful operating project as an example, discusses the design process, method and points for attention of ground-source heat pump in detail. According to the annual energy consumption simulation results, presents the operation strategy of the cooling tower, balances the buried pipes' heat absorption and discharge. In order to ensure the efficient operation of the system, conducts a field survey on rock-soil structure and heat response characteristics, and concludes the actual heat transfer performance under summer and winter conditions. Adopts the heat pump unit combined with cooling tower as the cold and heat source and calculates the' closed cooling tower capacity by the single unit capacity. The measured data after the completion of the project proves the high efficiency and energy saving of this system.
