摘要
现有立式容器腿式支座标准在实际使用中存在着一定局限性,笔者提出支腿计算的核心是控制操作工况下支腿的压应力,并定性地分析了操作重量、容器最大高度、支腿高度3者之间的关系,同时还对大直径容器的支腿设计和局部应力处理提出了合理性的建议。
The present leg support design standard has some limits which is inconvenient for designer in practice . In the paper, the author proposes that the calculated core of leg support is to control the compression stress of leg at operation case and analyses the relations among operational load, vessel height and leg height. Some reasonable advice on the leg support design for large diameter vertical vessel and the treatment methods of local stress on vessel surface are given.
