Clinical Research Progress of Remote Ischemic Conditioning in Brain Ischemia

远程缺血处理(RIC)是一种内源性保护措施,包括预处理和后处理两种处理方式。根据RIC的安全性、无创性、简易性和经济性的特点,RIC具有广泛的临床应用价值。研究显示,RIC对心脑血管疾病、心血管手术及器官移植术等具有明显保护作用,文章就RIC在脑血管疾病的临床研究作一综述。

Remote ischemic conditioning （ RIC ）refers to an endogenous therapeutic strategy, including remote ischemic preconditioning and remote ischemic postconditioning, which has a promising prospect in clinical application. And it has the advantages of security, none-invasive, convenience and economical. More research confirmed that RIC have protective effect on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, cardiovascular surgery and organ transplant surgery. In this article, we briefly review the history of the neuroprotective effect of remote ischemic conditioning in cerebrovascular disease.
