摘要
糖尿病是慢性高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病。随着人民生活水平的提高、人口老化,发病率呈逐渐升高的流行趋势。糖尿病发病机制到目前仍不十分明确,糖尿病发病机制是现在的热点话题。白细胞介素-4(IL-4)(10 kb)位于染色体5q31.1上,有4个多态性的等位基因,它们具有很强的连锁不平衡。本文就白细胞介素-4(IL-4)基因多态性与1型糖尿病、2型糖尿病、糖尿病并发症的相关性进展展开论述。
