校企合作是职业教育改革的深水区,需要持续不断的探索。为了能够充分优化资源配置,实现资源共享,突出专业特色,充分发挥校企合作的优势,必须加强校企文化的深度融合。在学校和企业的协同育人中,学校文化和企业文化虽然存在冲突,但是双方仍存在融合的基础,而且两种文化的融合将有益于学校发展,推进校企合作朝着纵深方向不断推进。

College-enterprise cooperation is the key stage of vocational education reform, and it needs to explore continually. In order to fully optimize the allocation of resources, realize the resources sharing, highlight the professional characteristics, and give full play to the advantages of cooperation between colleges and enterprises, it must strengthen the college-enterprise culture fusion. In the cooperative education, conflicts still exist in school culture and enterprise culture, but the basis of fusion also exists, and the fusion is good for school development and promotes the deep advance of college-enterprise cooperation.
