Problems and Strategies of College-enterprise Cooperation in Higher Vocational Curriculum Development

校企合作教学可有效提高学生的职业能力,是今后高职教育改革发展的重点方向。在此,阐述了校企合作的必要性及重要性,分析了课程开发中可能遇到的问题,并对出现的问题提出了应对策略:教师、企业专家要确立正确的角色定位,建立学校、企业和政府三方合作的长效机制。

College-enterprise cooperation teaching can effectively improve the professional ability of students, and is the key direction of higher vocational education reform and development in the future. This paper expounds the necessity and importance of cooperation between colleges and enterprises, analyzes the possible problems in curriculum development, and puts forward strategies for the existing problems： the teachers and business experts need to establish correct orientation, and set up long-term mechanism of tripartite cooperation among schools, enterprises and the Government.
