校企合作背景下高职课程体系的构建与融合——以室内设计专业为例

Construction and Fusion of Higher Vocational Curriculum System Based on Cooperation between Colleges and Enterprises

课程体系如何构建直接关系着人才培养质量和特色。以高职室内设计专业为例,从目前课程体系设置现状进行分析,借助校企合作平台与资源,以岗位工作流程为依据,以专业群的整体构架为基础,构建了校企合作背景下高职室内设计专业课程体系。并结合课程间的融合式教学,使得不同平台课程内容紧密衔接,更好地服务于职业综合能力的培养,形成人才培养特色。

How to build the curriculum system decides the quality and features of talent training. Taking higher vocational interior design major as an example, analyzing from the current curriculum system setting, resorting to college-enterprise cooperation platform and resources, according to post working process, based on the overall structure of the major group, it builds the curriculum system of higher vocational interior design major. It combines the fusion teaching between courses, integrates the content of different platform to better serve the training of vocational comprehensive ability and form talent training characteristics.
