高职土建教育实训基地建设的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice on the Construction of Higher Vocational Civil Engineering Education Practical Training Base

为加强高职院校建筑类实训基地的建设,通过总结辽宁建筑职业学院实训基地建设经验,提出高职院校实训基地建设的基本构想:在实训基地的建设中,应营造真实的职业环境,建立校内混合结构工程、框架结构工程、高层建筑工程、路桥工程、测量工程等综合实训基地;与企业达成一致,签订协议,建设校外实训基地;加强"双师型"教师的培养;将实训教材建设、实训道德教育融入高职教学改革中,保证实训基地能够有效运行。

To strengthen building of construction major practice training base in higher vocational colleges, through summarizing the training base construction experience, it puts forward the basic ideas： in the construction of practice training base, it should establish the real professional environment, build comprehensive training bases of campus mixed structure engineering, frame structure engineering, tall building engineering, road and bridge engineering, measurement engineering and so on ; reach an agreement with enterprises, sign agreements, and build off-campus practice bases; strengthen the cultivation of the ＂double type＂ teachers; integrate training teaching material construction and moral education with higher vocational teaching reform, and ensure effective operation of practice base.
