摘要
黄曲霉毒素是广泛存在于饲料中的霉菌毒素之一，被动物摄食后不但会降低动物生产性能，而且会通过污染动植物来源的食品进而危害人体健康。本文综述了饲料中黄曲霉毒素对动物的危害及其诊断、防治措施。
