紫外诱变提高粪肠球菌的生产性能研究

摘要 为了获得高活性的生产菌株粪肠球菌,以粪肠球菌HEW-A278为出发菌株,通过紫外诱变选育出生长良好、活性较高、性状稳定且具有工业生产价值的粪肠球菌菌株HEW-A278-7、HEW-A278-12、HEW-A278-18,与出发菌株HEW-A278才目比,其生长速率、活性均有显著提高。 In order to obtain strains Enterococcus faecalis with high activity, Enterococcus faecalis HEW -A278 was the starting strain, the strains HEW -A278 -7, HEW -A278 - 12 and HEW- A278 -18 were bred by Ultraviolet mutagenesis, they had good growth, high activity, stable industrial faecalis, and a value of production traits. Compared with the original strain HEW -A278, their growth rate and activity were significantly increased.
