摘要
本试验旨在研究不同载体组合酶制剂对不同日龄断奶仔猪生长性能和经济效益的影响,并对其作用机理进行初步探讨。试验分别选用36.4-1日龄和40±1日龄断奶的三元杂交(杜×长×大)断奶仔猪进行试验。试验分3组,对照组饲喂基础日粮;试验组Ⅰ为普通载体组合酶组,在基础日粮的基础上添加普通载体组合酶500g/t;试验组Ⅱ为发酵载体组合酶组,在基础日粮的基础上添加发酵载体组合酶500g/t。试验期为19天。试验结果表明:1.生长性能与对照组相比,(1)36±1日龄,试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ在日增重方面分别比对照组提高11.7%和17.3%,日采食量方面分别比对照组降低了13.8%和5.2%,料肉比方面分别比对照组降低了23.1%和22.1%;(2)40±1日龄,试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ在日增重方面分别比对照组提高19.9%和20.3%,日采食量方面分别比对照组提高了1.3%和7.6%,料肉比方面分别比对照组降低了15.6%和10.8%。2.经济效益与对照组相比,36±1日龄试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ分别比对照组每头增加毛利12.35元和12.84元,40±1日龄试验组Ⅰ和试验组Ⅱ分别比对照组每头增加毛利12.58元和9.2元。3.不同载体组合酶对不同日龄断奶仔猪的影响方面,试验表明发酵载体组合酶对断奶仔猪使用越早,经济效益越明显。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of composite enzyme prepara- tion with different carriers on production performance and economic benefits of weaning piglets with different age, and discuss its mechanism. This experiment selected the weaning piglets ( Duroc ×Landrace × Yorkshire) at the age of 36 ± 1 and 40 ±1days separately. This study was separated three treatments:the control group was fed the based diet, the first experiment was fed the based diet with 500g/t composite enzyme of common carrier and the second was fed the based diet with 500g/t composite enzyme of fermentation carrier for 19 days. The results showed that : 1. Compa- ring with the control group (1)the first experiment and the second improved 11.7% and 17.3%in terms of daily gain respectively , reduced 13.8% and 5.2% in terms of daily feed respectively and decreased 23.1% and 22.1% in F/G for 36 ± 1 age. (2)the first experiment and the second improved 19.9% and 20.3% in terms of daily gain respectively,improved 1.3% and 7.6% in terms of daily feed respectively and decreased 15.6% and 10.8% in F/G for 40± 1 age;2. Comparing with the control group ,the first experiment and the second improved 12.35 yuan and 12.84 yuan in terms of gross profit for each head piglet respectively for 36 ± 1 age, and improved 12.58 yuan and 12.84yuan for 40 ± 1 age;3. As for the effect of composite enzyme with different carrier on weaning piglets with different age ,the result was that the piglet fed the enzyme with fermenta- tion carrier more early, the profit was more obviously.
