Radiographic Diagnosis Neonate Necrosis Entercolitis

目的:探讨新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎影像学表现,旨在加深对本病的进一步认识。材料与方法:对56例新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎X表现及临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:X线表现为胃腔增大22例,肠管不规则充气扩张34例,肠间隙增厚模35例,肠壁积气44例,门静脉积气者15例,腹腔积液15例,气腹9例。结论:肠壁积气、肝门静脉积气为坏死性小肠结肠炎特征性X线征象。早期诊断及早采取治疗措施,对挽救患儿生命具有重要价值。

Purpose： To discuss the X-ray manifestation of neonate necrosis entercolitis so that to enhance the recognition of it. Materials and Methods： The clinical and X material of 56 cases with Neonate Necrotizing enterocolitis were analyzed retrospectively. Results： The X-ray findings of 56 cases with Neonate necrotizing enterocolitis included： astric air bubble enlargemens（ n = 22）, bowel gas increase and bowel expansion, bowel gas abnormal（ n = 34 ） terspaces widened and indistinct（ n = 35 ）, pneumatosis Intestinalis （ n = 44 ）, hepatic portal venous gas （ n = 15 ）, abdominal fluidcollection （ n = 15 ）, pneumoperitoneum （ n = 9）. Conclusion ： Pneumatosis intestinalis and hepatic portal venous gas were characteristic X-ray signs of necrotizing enterocolitis, so that early diagnosis could be obtained and indicate the clinical treatment with great V^L]Ue.
