摘要
目的:探讨多普勒测量UA、MCA、DV血流参数变化在预测IUGR胎儿不良妊娠结局中的应用及意义。材料与方法:选取2013年1月至2014年1月我院收治的IUGR孕妇共48例为研究对象,统计受试者UA、MCA、DV血流参数,并各自分为血流正常组及血流异常组,比较各组胎龄、出生体质量、Apart评分(≤7分)、剖宫产率及围生期死亡率。结果:与UA、MCA、DV血流正常组相比较,血流异常组胎龄、出生体质量显著降低,Apart评分(≤7分)、剖宫产率及围生期死亡率显著升高,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒监测UA、MCA、DV血流参数变化对预测IUGR胎儿不良妊娠结局具有重要临床价值。
Purpose: to explore the doppler measurement of UA, MCA, DV, the blood flow parameters in predicting the application of IUGR fetal adverse pregnancy outcome and the significance.
