独活寄生汤联合电针治疗腰椎间盘突出随机平行对照研究

Parallel Randomized Controlled Study DUHUOJISHENG Combined with Electro Acupuncture Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

[目的]观察独活寄生汤联合电针治疗腰椎间盘突出疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将240例住院患者按就诊顺序号法简单随机分为两组。对照组120例布洛芬,0.3g/次,2次/d。治疗组120例独活寄生汤(独活30g,桑寄生20g,赤芍15g,当归10g,熟地、杜仲、牛膝各15g,川芎10g,党参8g,肉桂10g,茯苓8g,甘草6g;腰部疼痛加延胡索20g,内湿邪重加苍术10g,薏苡仁20g;疼痛剧加川乌制、草乌制各10g),1剂/d,水煎150m L,3次/d;电针夹脊、环跳、大肠俞,平补平泻,刺激频率1.0Hz,20min/次,1次/d。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、直腿抬高角度、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈42例,显效56例,有效16例,无效6例,总有效率95.00%。对照组痊愈19例,显效31例,有效40例,无效30例,总有效率75.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组疼痛指数、JOA评分均明显降低/升高(P<0.01),治疗组降低/升高优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]独活寄生汤联合电针治疗腰椎间盘突出效果显著,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Methods]Using random parallel control method, 240 cases of hospitalized patients with treatment order number method is simple and randomized into two groups. Treatment group 120 cases DUHUOJISHENG（Duhuo 30 g, Sangjisheng 20 g, Chishao 15 g, Danggui 10 g, Shudi,Duzhong,Niuxi 15 g, Chuanxiong 10 g, Dangshen 8g, Rougui 10 g, Fuling 8g, Gancao 6g; lower back pain plus Yanhusuo 20 g, plus the weight of the wet evil Cangzhu 10 g, Yiyiren 20g; pain drama Jia Chuanwu system Kusnezoffii each 10g）, 1 / d, decoction 150 m L, 3 times / d; Jiaji, ring jump, colon Yu, reinforcingreducing method, stimulation frequency selection 1.0Hz, 20 min / times, 1 times / d. 14 d is a continuous course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, and leg symptoms, and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of two courses, determine efficacy. [Results] 42 cases were cured, 56 cases markedly effective in 16 cases, six cases, the total efficiency of 95.00%. Control group, 19 cases cured, effective in 31 cases, effective 40 cases, ineffective in 30 cases, the total efficiency of 75.00%. Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.01）. Two pain index, JOA scores were improved（P〈0.05）, improvement in the treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]DUHUOJISHENG combined electro-acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
