摘要
[目的]观察八珍汤治疗癌性贫血疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计,将49例住院患者八珍汤(党参、熟地黄各20g,茯苓、白术、白芍、川芎、当归各10g,甘草5g;血虚加阿胶、黄芪各30g),1剂/d,水煎150m L,早晚温服。连续治疗56d为1疗程。观测临床症状、RBC、HGB、HTC、症状积分(心悸、乏力、气短、头晕)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]显效2例,有效45例,无效2例,总有效率为95.92%。[结论]八珍汤治疗癌性贫血效果显著,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the treatment of cancer-related anemia Ba Zhen Tang efficacy. [Method] using random parallel control method, 49 cases of hospitalized patients Bazhen decoction（Dangshen,Shudihuang 20 g, Fuling,Baizhu,Baishao,Chuanqiong,Danggui 10 g, Gancao 5g; deficiency A＇jiao,Huangqi 30g）, a / d, decoction 150 m L, morning and evening, warm clothes. 56 d is a continuous course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, RBC, HGB, HTC, symptom scores（palpitations, fatigue, shortness of breath, dizziness）, adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Results] effective in two cases, effective 45 cases, 2 cases, the total effective rate was 95.92%. [Conclusion] Ba Zhen Tang treatment of cancer anemia effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
