桑白皮汤联合西药治疗痰热郁肺型慢性阻塞性肺病随机平行对照研究

Yu-lung Phlegm Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Randomized Parallel Group Study Morus Alba Soup Combined with Western Medicine

[目的]观察桑白皮汤联合西药治疗痰热郁肺型慢性阻塞性肺病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例住院患者按就诊顺序号法简单随机分为两组。对照组50例控制性氧疗、解痉与化痰、平喘以及抗感染等常规治疗。治疗组50例桑白皮汤(黄连3g,山栀6g,苏子、半夏制、苦杏仁各10g,桑白皮、黄芪、浙贝母各12g),2剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、用力肺活量(FVC)、一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈8例,显效27例,有效13例,无效2例,总有效率96.00%。对照组痊愈4例,显效15例,有效24例,无效5例,总有效率86.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。用力肺活量(FVC)、一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]桑白皮汤联合西药治疗痰热郁肺型慢性阻塞性肺病效果显著,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe Morus alba phlegm Yu Tang combined with western medicine chronic pulmonary obstructive pulmonary disease treatment. [Methods]Using random parallel control method, 100 cases of hospitalized patients with treatment order number method is simple and randomized into two groups. Observation of clinical symptoms, FVC, FEV1, adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Results]Treatment group recovered eight cases, effective in 27 cases, effective 13 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency of 96.00%. The control group recovered four cases were cured, 15 cases, effective 24 cases, ineffective in five cases, the total efficiency of 86.00%. Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）. Both groups to improve breathing index（P〈0.05）, improvement in the treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Mulberry soup combined with western medicine phlegm Yu chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
