穴位埋线联合西药治疗肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察穴位埋线联合西药治疗肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将50例住院患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。对照组50例奥美拉唑,20mg/次,2次/d;莫沙必利,10mg/次,2次/d。治疗组50例穴位埋线,曲池双、中脘、天枢双、足三里双、肾俞双、胃俞双、脾俞双;将3~0号医用羊肠线放入穿刺针内,穿刺时针与皮肤成30°~45°,进针深度约2.5cm,留置可吸收线后外敷创可贴;埋线处6~8h禁水,埋线当天禁剧烈运动,埋线28d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、脘胁隐痛、胃纳、腹胀、嗳气、早饱、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈15例,显效30例,有效13例,无效2例,总有效率96.00%。对照组痊愈8例,显效10例,有效17例,无效15例,总有效率70.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。症状、体征积分两组均有改善（P〈0.05）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]穴位埋线联合西药治疗肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良效果显著,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

Observation of clinical symptoms, abdominal flank pain, appetite, bloating, belching, early satiety, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment four courses, determine efficacy. [Results] 15 cases were cured, 30 cases markedly effective in 13 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency of 96.00%. The control group recovered eight cases, 10 cases markedly effective in 17 cases, 15 cases, the total efficiency of 70.00%. Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）. Symptoms and signs were improved integration groups（P〈0.05）, the treatment group than the control group improved（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Catgut implantation combined with Western medicine treatment of functional dyspepsia liver and spleen deficiency effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
