摘要
[目的]观测骨愈灵影响兔膝骨性关节炎模型血液IL-1β。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,32只大耳白兔喂养3d,称重后使用随机数字表分为4组,空白组、模型组、骨愈灵组、洛索洛芬钠组,8只/组。采用改良经典Hulth造模方法造模,术后每日强迫家兔活动30min,分2次进行,术后6周后即可得到膝关节骨性关节炎模型。各组药物均混合入10m L温开水中灌胃。骨愈灵组234mg。洛索洛芬钠组7mg。空白组与模型组:10m L/d,温开水。各组喂养9周,即药物治疗3周后进行动物取材。水合氯醛麻醉,取心脏血约3m L。观测血液白介素1β(IL-1β)。[结果]模型组大耳白兔血液白介素1β(IL-1β)高于空白对照组(P<0.01)。与模型组相比,骨愈灵组、洛索洛芬钠组IL-1β明显降低(P<0.01),骨愈灵组与洛索洛芬钠组比较,IL-1β明显降低(P<0.01)。[结论]骨愈灵能明显降低大耳白兔膝骨性关节炎血液中IL-1β含量,治疗兔膝骨性关节炎有疗效。
[Objective]The Observation of effect of Gu Yu Ling onrabbit knee osteoarthritis model of blood IL-1β.[Method] The random parallel controlmethod,32 rabbits were fed 3d.After weighing divided into 4 groups by The random number method,the blank group,The model group,Effect of GUYULING group,Lo Solo Finn sodium group,each group of eight rabbits.Using the modified classical of Hulth molding method modeling.Activities of 30 min forced rabbits for 2 times everyday after operation.We can be obtained from the animal model of osteoarthritis of knee after 6 weeks after the operation. Each group of drugs were mixed into 10 m L warm water.Bone spirit group: the dosage is about 234 mg.Lo Solo Finn sodium group: the dosage is about 7mg.The blank group and the model group:10m L/d, warm water, gastric lavage.To materials from the animal after three weeks.The rabbit was anesthesiaed by chloral hydrate to take heart blood about 3m L.Observation of blood interleukin 1β.[Results]The interleukin 1 β(IL-1β)in the rabbits blood of model group is higher than that of control group(P〈0.01).Compared with the model group, Gu Yu Ling onrabbit group, Lo Solo Finn group IL-1 β sodiumdecreased significantly(P〈0.01).Gu Yu Ling onrabbit group compared with Lo Solo Finnsodium group, IL-1 β decreased significantly(P〈0.01).[Conclusion]GUYULING could significantly decrease the content of IL-1 β rabbit knee osteoarthritis in the blood with big ears, the treatment of rabbit knee osteoarthritis curative.
