推拿、中药熏蒸与内服联合中频电药物透入、功能训练治疗骨性关节炎随机平行对照研究

The Random Parallel Control Study Of Massage,Chinese Medicine Fumigation Combined Intermediate Frequency Electric Drug Penetration, Function Training Rehabilitation In The Treatment of Osteoarthritis

[目的]观察推拿、中药熏蒸与内服联合中频电药物透入、功能训练治疗骨性关节炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分为两组。对照组49例透明质酸钠,25mg/次,1次/周;氨基葡萄糖,1~2粒/次,3次/d;疼痛严重,布洛芬,30mg/次,2次/d。治疗组51例推拿＋中药熏蒸＋中药内服＋中频电药物透入＋功能训练。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、骨性关节炎功能评分表（JOA）、Mc Gill疼痛量表、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈7例,有效32例,无效11例,总有效率89.23%。对照组痊愈4例,有效30例,无效15例,总有效率63.28%。JOV评分、Mc Gill疼痛量表积分两组均有明显降低/升高（P〈0.01）,治疗组降低/升高优于对照组（P〈0.01）。[结论]推拿、中药熏蒸与内服联合中频电药物透入、功能训练治疗骨性关节炎,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

[Objective]To explore the clinical curative effect of massage,Chinese medicine fumigation combined intermediate frequency electric drug penetration,function training rehabilitation treatment of osteoarthritis.[Methods] Used random parallel control Method, divided 100 hosipitalied patients into two groups randomly according to their pathography.The 49 cases of control group was Sodium hyaluronate,25 mg/times,1 time per week;Glucosamine,1~2 slice /time,3 times/day;Severe pain,Ibuprofen, 30 mg/time,2 times/day.The 51 cases of treatment group was massage＋Chinese medicine fumigation ＋intermediate frequency electric drug penetration＋function training rehabilitation.Continuous treatment4 weeks to 1 course of treatment.Observe the clinical symptoms,JOA,Mc Gill and adverse reactions.[Result] Treatment group 7 cases were markedly effective,32 cases were effective and 11 cased had no effect,the total effective rate was 89.23%. Control group 4 cases were markedly effective,30 cases were effective and 15 cased had no effect,the total effective rate was 63.28%. The clinical efficacy,JOA and Mc Gill of treatment group was better than control group（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion] Massage, Chinese medicine fumigation combined intermediate frequency electric drug penetration, function training rehabilitation treatment of osteoarthritis is safe, obviously effective, an effective Method forthe treatment of osteoarthritis and it is worth for clinical use.
