腰椎牵引、针刺联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出300例临床观察

[目的]观察腰椎牵引、针刺联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计,300例住院患者腰椎牵引,牵引床上仰卧,下肢平伸,固定胸部、臀部,牵引力以体重80%~120%为基准,以能承受程度为主,5min牵引间歇1min,30min/次,1次/d;结束后,静卧30min。针刺推拿,针刺：督脉、足太阳膀胱经为主,28毫针针刺,肾俞及腰俞直接刺入,补法;委中直刺,环跳直刺使针感下传至足部,感肢体跳动止;腰阳关、阴陵泉、阳陵泉,刺入后使阳陵泉针感向下传至脚踝部位;选四腧穴,6805-C电针机连续波刺激,以忍受程度为限,留针30min/次,1次/d;推拿：痛感处揉拔再弹拔,拿捏下肢2~3次,放松肌肉。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、腰腿疼痛、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈86例,显效171例,有效30例,无效13例,总有效率95.67%。[结论]腰椎牵引、针刺联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Results]Cured 86 cases, effective in 171 cases, effective 30 cases, 13 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 95.67%. [Conclusion]Lumbar traction, acupuncture and massage treatment of lumbar disc herniation were satisfactory, no side effects, it is worth promoting.
