辨证分期联合割治与灯火疗法治疗癫痫200例临床观察

[目的]观察辨证分期联合割治与灯火疗法治疗癫痫疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计,将200例门诊患者辨证分期:发作期活血化瘀、祛瘀熄风(丹参5g,川芎10g,法半夏12g,蜈蚣6g,全蝎8g);缓解期旺肝充肾,补充气血(首乌制10g,黄芪12g,党参5g,当归5g);1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚口服。灯火疗法:四肢选太冲、行间、大敦、足通谷、刺骨、京骨、金门、隐白、历兑、冲阳、解缓、大陵、内关、间使、郄门、少冲、神门、少商、十宣;躯干选肝俞、膈俞、心俞、腰俞、脊中、筋缩、身柱、大椎;背心选取风池、风府、脑户、百会、上星、神庭;头部与面部选人中、太阳;频繁发病,可交替用元宵灯火和脐风灯火;3寸许灯芯,蘸取桐油,点燃后刺激相应穴位。割治疗法:穴位分组治疗,身柱、双心俞、腰俞和大椎为第1组;陶道、命门和双肝俞为第2组;脊中、双肾俞和双膈俞为第3组;循环取穴;消毒,0.2普鲁卡因注入穴位之中,穴位处用手术刀划长度约0.5cm切口,减肥穴位下脂膜排净,拔火罐约30min,后刀口覆酒精纱条。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、癫痫、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]显效108例,有效79例,无效13例,总有效率93.50%。[结论]辨证分期联合割治与灯火疗法治疗癫痫效果显著,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
