安神复脉汤治疗冠心病心律失常56例临床观察 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]观察安神复脉汤治疗冠心病心律失常疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对56例住院患者使用通阳复脉汤(桂枝20g,白参包煎10g,川连5g,半夏、瓜蒌、薤白各15g,赤芍、川芎各20g,柴胡、枳实各15g,元胡10g,炒枣仁25g,夜交藤30g,生甘草10g,生龙骨先煎30g,生姜3片),1剂/d,水煎300m L,早中晚口服。连续治疗1个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、心电图、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治愈19例,有效30例,无效7例,总有效率87.50%(49/56)。[结论]安神复脉汤治疗冠心病心律失常,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。 [Objective] To observe sedative Fumai Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease and arrhythmia effect. [Methoa~ Using a prospective design method, for use in 56 inpatients with Yang Fumai Decoction (cassia twig 20g, white ginseng decoction of Coptis chinensis 10g package, 5g, pinellia, Gualou Xiebai each, 15g, red peony root, Chuanxiong 20g, bupleurum, Fructus aurantii Immaturus each 15g 10g, Rhizoma Corydalis, fried Zaoren 25g, tuber fleeceflower stem 30g. Licorice root 10g, born keel first decoct 30g, ginger 3), agent 1/d, Decoction 300mL, early and late oral. 1 months of continuous treatment for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, electrocardiogram, adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment, curative effect. [Results] 19 cases were cured, effective 30 cases, invalid 7 cases, the total efficiency of 87.50% (49/56). [Conclusion] Anshen Fumai Decoction in the treatment of arrhythmia in coronary heart disease, the curative effect is satisfied, no serious adverse reaction, is worth promoting.
