摘要
[目的]观察宣肺平喘方联合西药治疗肺心病急性发作期疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例门诊患者按就诊顺序号法简单随机分为两组。对照组60例常规治疗,营养支持、强心、扩血管、利尿、吸氧、解气管痉挛、抗感染。治疗组60例宣肺平喘方(杏仁12g,麻黄、法半夏各15g,甘草10g,桔梗30g),1剂/d,加水浸泡30min,水煎300m L,早中晚饭后30min口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、咳嗽、血氧分压(Pa O2)、学氧浓度(Sa O2)、二氧化碳分压(Pa CO2)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效48例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率96.67%。对照组显效29例,有效20例,无效11例,总有效率81.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组血气指标均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]宣肺平喘方联合西药治疗肺心病急性发作期疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。
[Objective]To observe Xuanfei asthma medicine prescription combined treatment of pulmonary disease in acute exacerbation of efficacy. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Results] treatment group 48 cases, 10 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency 96.67%. The control group 29 cases markedly effective in 20 cases, 11 cases, the total efficiency of 81.67%. Treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Two blood indicators have improved （P〈0.05）, the treatment group than the control group improvement （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Xuanfei asthma combined western medicine side effect Cor acute exacerbation of satisfaction, no side effects, it is worth promoting.
