透疹汤联合复合辅酶治疗麻疹随机平行对照研究

Touzhen Decoction Combined with Coenzyme Complex Treatment of Measles Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察透疹汤联合复合辅酶治疗麻疹疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将328例住院及门诊患者按病志号抽签/就诊顺序号方法简单随机分两组。对照组193例穿心莲内酯10m L+5%葡萄糖250m L,1次/d,静滴;复合辅酶0.1mg+5%葡萄糖250m L,1次/d,静滴。治疗组135例透疹汤(桔梗20g,黄芩10g,芦根30g,葛根20g,金银花15g,蝉蜕、荆芥、甘草各10 g),1剂/d,水煎100m L,早晚口服;复合辅酶治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、皮疹、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈73例,有效49例,无效13例,总有效率90.37%。对照组痊愈83例,有效66例,无效44例,总有效率77.20%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]透疹汤联合复合辅酶治疗麻疹,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the Touzhen decoction combined with compound coenzyme for measles curative effect. [Method] Using random parallel control Method, 328 cases of inpatient and outpatient patients according to disease Zhihao draw / visiting sequence were randomly divided into two groups, the simple Method. A control group of 193 cases of andrographolide 10mL＋5% glucose 250mL, 1 /d, intravenous drip; compound coenzyme 0.1mg＋5% glucose 250mL, 1 /d, intravenous drip. The treatment group of 135 cases with Touzhen Decoction （Platycodon grandiflorum 20g, 10g of Radix Scutellariae and Rhizoma Phragmitis 30g, Pueraria 20g, 15g of honeysuckle, cicada, Herba schizonepetae, licorice root each 10 g）, 1 /d 100mL agent, water frying, sooner or later oral coenzyme complex treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment with 7d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment, curative effect. [Results] The treatment group cured 73 cases, effective 49 cases, invalid 13 cases, the total efficiency of 90.37%. The control group cured 83 cases, effective 66 cases, invalid 44 cases, the total efficiency of 77.20%. The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Touzhen decoction combined with compound coenzyme for measles, the curative effect is satisfied, no serious adverse reaction, is worth promoting.
