归脾汤联合曲唑酮治疗心脾虚损型早泄随机平行对照研究

A Random Parallel Control Study: Guipi Tang Combined with Western Medicine on Qi deficiency of Heart and Spleen Syndrom of Premature Ejaculation

[目的]观察归脾汤联合西药治疗心脾虚损型早泄疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例早泄住院患者按病志号抽签方法随机分为两组。对照组50例曲唑酮,50mg/次,1次/d,睡前口服。治疗组50例加味归脾汤(夜交藤30g,炙黄芪、党参、酸枣仁、莲子、金樱子、芡实、煅龙骨、煅牡蛎各20g,白术、茯苓、莲须各15g,龙眼肉10g,五味子、陈皮、炙甘草各5g),1剂/d,水煎200m L,早晚分服;曲唑酮治疗同对照组。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、射精潜伏期、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈13例,有效19例,无效18例,总有效率为64%;对照组痊愈8例,有效16例,无效26例,总有效率为48%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。射精潜伏期延长时间治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]归脾汤联合西药治疗心脾虚损型早泄患者临床疗效满意,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the curative effect of Jiawei Guipi Tang combined with western medicine treating on Qi deficiency of heart and spleen syndrome of premature ejaculation.[Methods]With the random parallel control Method, 100 hospitalized patients with premature ejaculation were randomly divided into two groups by using draw lots according to the pathography numbers. 50 patients in control group were given trazodone hydrochloride tablets, that each one 50 mg at a once before spleeping, once a day. Another 50 patients in treatment group were given Jiawei Guipi Tang which including tuber fleece flower stem, astragalus membranaceus, codonopsis pilosula, semen ziziphi spinosae, lotus seed, rosa laevigata, gordon euryale seed, calcined keel, calcined oyster shell,atractylodes, wolfiporia extensa, et al, one day a dose, 200 ml water decoction, morning and evening hours service, and the western medicine was the same as the control group, 2 consecutive weeks as one course. After treatment for one course, the clinical symptoms, ejaculation latency and adverse reactions were observed, and the curative effects were evaluated.[Result]13 cases for heal, 19 cases for utility, 18 case for nullity in treatment group, and the total cure rate was 64%, as 8 cases for heal, 16 cases for utility, 26 cases for nullity in control group, and the total cure rate was 28%,and the curative effect in treatment group is better than that in conrol group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]The Method of treating Qi deficiency of heart and spleen syndrome of premature ejaculation with Guipi Tang combined with western medicine, which gained satisfactory clinical effect, is worth of being generalized.
