参苓白术散联合西药治疗小儿消化不良性腹泻随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察参苓白术散联合西药治疗小儿消化不良性腹泻疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊患者按掷骰子法简单随机分为两组。对照组50例多酶片,1~2g/次,3次/d,饭前30min口服。治疗组50例参苓白术丸,6g/次,3次/d;多酶片治疗同对照组。连续治疗60d为1个疗程。观测临床症状、便常规、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈27例,有效22例,无效1例,总有效率98.00%。对照组痊愈23例,有效19例,无效8例,总有效率84.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]参苓白术丸联合西药治疗小儿消化不良性腹泻疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
