通腑降浊方结肠透析联合西药治疗慢性肾功能衰竭随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察通腑降浊方结肠透析联合西药治疗慢性肾功能衰竭疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分为两组。对照组50例优质低蛋白饮食,忌食植物蛋白;纠正水、电解质及酸碱平衡,治疗原发病、降压、降糖、抗感染及对症处理等。治疗组50例通腑降浊方(生大黄、煅牡蛎、蒲公英、槐花各30g,桃仁、红花、泽泻各10g,车前子15g,桂枝10g,甘草5g),1剂/d,水煎500m L;使用JCJ-A1型结肠透析治疗机,保留灌肠;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗60d为1疗程。观测临床症状、Scr、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效22例,有效27例,无效1例,总有效率98.00%。对照组显效20例,有效17例,无效13例,总有效率74.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]通腑降浊方结肠透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

Control group of 50 cases of high-quality low protein diet, diet plant protein; Correcting water, electrolyte and acid-base balance, and treatment of the primary disease, antihypertensive, hypoglycemic, resistance to infection and symptomatic treatment, etc. Treatment group （50 cases on relieving material party （raw rhubarb,calcined oyster each 30g,dandelion,flos sophorae,peaeh kernel,safflower,alisma each 10g,semen plantaginis 15g,10g cassia twig, licorice 5g）,l / d,500 ml water decoction; Use of colon dialysis therapy apparatus JCJ - A1, retention enema; Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 60 d 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms,Scr,adverse reactions. As a course treatment,judge curative effect. [Result] the treatment group （22 cases were markedly improved,effective 27 cases,1 had no effect,total effective rate was 98.00%. Control group 20 cases had marked effect,17 eases effective,13 had no effect,the total effective rate was 74.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Through relieving material side colon dialysis in patients with chronic renal failure,satisfied curative effect,no side effect,is worth promoting.
