健脾化瘀汤联合西药治疗胃癌随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察健脾化瘀汤联合西药治疗胃癌疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将70例住院患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组35例FLE化疗方案,前1~5d,100g甲酰四氢叶酸钙（CF）和依托泊甙（VP-16）,1次/d,静滴;后750mg氟尿嘧啶（5-Fu）,1次/d,静滴。治疗组35健脾化瘀汤（茯苓、党参各30g,甘草、半夏、土鳖、乌蛇、厚朴各10g,蜈蚣2条,白术15g;胃脘疼痛加九香虫、白芍、索罗子各30g;神疲乏力加西洋参10g,黄芪30g;食欲不振加炒三仙30g）;1剂/d,水煎200m L早晚温服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、生活质量、体力状况、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效23例,有效9例,无效3例,总有效率91.42%。对照组显效11例,有效17例,无效7例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组生活质量、体力状况均有改善（P〈0.05）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]健脾化瘀汤联合西药治疗胃癌效果显著,值得推广。

As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [Result] The treatment group 23 cases were markedly effective, effective 9 cases, 3 had no effect, the total effective rate was 91.42%. Control group 11 cases had marked effect, 17 cases effective, 7 had no effect, the total effective rate was 80.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Related parameters of two groups have improved （P〈0.05）, the treatment group is better than that of control group （P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Combined western medicine treatment of gastric cancer the spleen blood soup effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
