摘要
针灸对固有免疫具有双向调节作用-增强/抑制,是通过对免疫细胞(巨噬细胞、NK细胞、T细胞、红细胞)的调衡、调控细胞因子的合成分泌及生物学活性、影响血清补体实现的。这种影响与个体体质状态、针灸时间、穴位特异性、刺激强度和手法运用是否有关,尚需进一步研究。近年学者还意识到针灸对固有免疫的调节可能通过神经-内分泌-免疫系统实现,未来不但要从固有免疫系统内部进行调控,还应着重研究针灸对神经-内分泌-免疫网络的影响,这为针灸对固有免疫的进一步研究提供了思路。
