针刺治疗颈椎病随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察针刺治疗颈椎病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将200例门诊患者按抛硬币法简单随机分为两组。坚持功能锻炼、注意休息、避免受寒和长期伏案。对照组100例拔罐,大椎穴、颈夹脊及症状局部拔火罐,留罐15min,3次/周。治疗组100例针刺,以颈夹脊,风池、风府、大椎、百会、阿是穴等为主穴,神经根型配以肩髃、曲池、外关、后溪、合谷、养老,椎动脉型配以百会、四神聪、头维、太阳、三阴交,脊髓型配以足三里、太阳、环跳、委中、阳陵泉、外关,交感型配以肝俞、胆俞、太冲、阴陵泉、三阴交;平补平泻手法,得气后,留针30min,3次/周。连续治疗90d为1疗程。观测临床症状、颈椎病灶、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈59例,有效35例,无效6例,总有效率94.00%。对照组痊愈47例,有效39例,无效14例,总有效率86.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。症状积分治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]针刺治疗颈椎病疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

[Results] The cure 59 cases, effective 35 cases, 6 cases, the total efficiency of 94.00%. Cured 47 cases in the control group, effective 39 cases, 14 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 86.00%. Treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Treatment group improved symptom scores than the control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis results were satisfactory, no side effects, it is worth promoting.
