摘要
目的：了解宜昌市夷陵地区40岁以上成人代谢性疾病的流行现状及危险因素。方法应用随机分层抽样的方法调查代谢性疾病的患病率，并对相关危险因素进行分析。结果糖尿病、高脂血症、代谢综合征和骨质疏松症的患病率分别为11．4％、65．5％、27．1％和1．8％。代谢性疾病的独立危险因素包括性别、年龄、吸烟、体质量指数、肝功能、糖尿病家族史及睡眠情况等。结论宜昌市夷陵地区成人代谢性疾病的患病率较高，需采取强有力的干预措施。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of metabolic diseases and related risk factors in the residents over 40 years old in Yichang City in Hubei Province.Methods A random sampling was conducted to investigate the prevalence of metabolic diseases and related risk factors.Results The prevalence of type 2 diabetes,dyslipidemia,metabolic syndrome and osteoporosis were 11.4%,65.5%, 27.1%,1.8%,respectively.The independent risk factors of metabolic diseases included gender,age, smoking,BMI,liver function,family history of diabetes and sleeping quality.Conclusion The prevalence of metabolic diseases were quite high.Higher level of health education was urgently needed to reduce the prevalence of metabolic diseases.
