基于协方差指标的火电机组负荷控制系统性能评价 被引量:5

摘要 提出了一种基于多变量数据驱动技术的火电机组负荷控制系统性能评价方法。该方法采用基于历史数据的协方差指标,将过程输出数据的协方差矩阵作为评价函数,通过计算基准数据与监测数据的评价函数比值,得到控制系统性能评价的指标值。同时,通过特征值分析将协方差指标的计算转化为输出矩阵的广义特征值乘积,利用统计推断理论使由部分样本数据计算的指标值更符合控制系统的总体特征。应用Matlab图形用户界面工具GUI设计基于协方差指标的火电机组负荷控制系统性能评价仿真界面,采用模型仿真数据及工业现场数据进行机组负荷控制系统的性能评价,结果表明基于协方差指标的性能评价方法合理、有效。 A performance evaluation method for load control system of thermal power units was put for- ward,on the basis of multivariable data-driven technology. By adopting the historical data based covariance benchmark indexes and taking covariance matrix of the process output data as the evaluation functions,this method calculates the evaluation function's ratio of the benchmark data and monitoring data,thus the per- formance evaluation indexes of the control system were obtained. At the same time, through eigenvalue a- nalysis,the calculation of covariance indexes is converted into product of the generalized eigenvalue of the output matrix. Using the statistical inference theory can make the index value calculated by the part of the sample data closer to the general characteristics of the control system. With application of the MATLAB graphical user interface tool-GUI, the simulation interface of the performance assessment of load control system of thermal power-generation units was designed, based on the covariance indexes. Finally, the model simulation data and the industrial field data are used to evaluate the load control system. The results veri- fied the effectiveness and rationality of this method.
