摘要
为提高实施停机保护后火电机组的水汽品质,对比分析了十八胺、活性胺2种停机保护药剂对直接空冷机组运行汽水品质的影响。结果表明:与采用十八胺相比,采用活性胺实施停机保护后,机组启动运行初期水汽中低分子有机酸含量较低;凝结水中铁含量下降速度较快,短时间内可降至10μg/L以下;粉末树脂过滤器压差上升较缓;且水汽氢电导率短时间内即可达到标准规定值。
Effects of shutdown protection agents on steam water quality of a direct air cooling unit were ana- lyzed, by using octadecylamine and active amine. The results show that,during initial stage after the active amine was adopted, the lower molecular weight organic acids content was low and iron content in the con- dense water quickly decreased to lower than 10μg/L in a short period. Meanwhile,the differential pressure of powder resin filter rose slower and the hydrogen conductivity of the steam achieved the standards value in a short time.
