摘要
介绍在绞车上如何进行圆形缆和流线形缆的混合排缆。先介绍绞车的驱动方式、控制方案和使用的各传感器的用途,着重于论述传感器数据的判断方法和约束条件,从而实现缆层控制和电缆排缆,获得工况参数,并给出了基于处理器TMS320F2812的排缆控制和缆速缆长计算的具体方法。
This paper discusses design of the hybrid automatic cable-arrangement of the circular cable and the streamline cable on the winch. Above all, introduces driving mode and control scheme of the winch, stressed explain about the agency of each sensor using and introduces how to process sensor data and realization of critical cable layer control in the process of the cable-arrangement. Detail description of judgment method and constraint condition is present. Based on the TMS320F2812 processor introduces a concrete software method to realize cable-arrangement control and calculation method of the cable speed and the cable length.
