摘要
通过对球面图案模型的加工工艺流程的探讨,研究基于先进CAM技术的球面图案模型的多轴加工刀具路径编程工艺,提出了面向工艺特征、符合工程化概念的该模型五轴编程加工工艺规范化思路及具体实施方案,基于Power MILL的复杂模型的多轴加工方法能有效地减少加工循环次数、优化刀轨路径,提高了编程效率、加工精度和加工效率。
Pattern based on the spherical model of the machining process, the spherical design model based on the advanced CAM technology of multi-axis machining tool path programming process, process characteristics, in accordance with engineering concept was proposed and the model processing technology standardization five-axis programming ideas and the concrete implementation plan, based on the PowerMILL multi-axis machining method of the complex model can effectively reduce the processing cycle and optimize the cutter location path, improve programming efficiency, machining precision and machining efficiency.
