基于Gabor变换的轮边减速器特征提取技术

摘要 研究矿用自卸车轮边减速器中部件局部故障振动信号的频谱结构,对于轮边减速器故障诊断具有重要意义。模拟内齿圈局部故障振动信号,利用Gabor变换提取方法对含噪声的故障振动信号进行降噪,并应用频谱分析方法诊断出了内齿圈故障,显示了该方法在信号提取和压制噪声的效果,为矿用自卸车轮边减速器故障诊断提供了有效的诊断方法。 The spectral characteristics of parts with localized damage are different from those of distributed gear faults, thus it is important to investigate them for fault diagnosis of wheel reducer via spectral analysis. The fault signals of ring gears with localized damage are simulated in this paper, and the noise signal are processed by the Gabor transform algorithm. The results showed that the localized damage of ring gears in a wheel reducer was detected and located via spectral analysis. The simulation demonstrates that the method based on Gabor transform is effective in signal extracting and denoising, and it is effective for fault diagnosis of wheel reducer.
