妊娠后期限饲对策勒黑羊母羊分娩后血液中激素水平的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 选择18只健康的策勒黑羊经产母羊,分为3组,每组6只羊,经同期发情受孕,妊娠90d时,设置3个营养水平饲喂,分别为0.175MJ/(kgW^0.75/d)(G1)、0.33MJ/(kgW^0.75/d)(G2)及自由采食对照组(G);分娩后测定母羊血液中生长激素(GH)、美胰岛素样生长因子(IGF—I)、甲状腺激素T3(T3)、甲状腺激素T4(T4)和胰岛素(INS)质量浓度的变化。结果表明:分娩后10d时,限制组G1和G2组的GH质量浓度显著高于对照组G(P〈0.05),而IGF—I、T3和T4质量浓度与对照组C相比,差异不显著(P〉0.05),INS质量浓度显著低于对照组G(P〈0.05);分娩后30—150d时,G1和G2组的GH、IGF—I、耶和T4质量浓度与对照组G相比,差异不显著(P〉0.05),30~120d时,INS质量浓度显著低于对照组G(P〈0.05);180d时,G1和G2组的GH、IGF—I、INS、乃和T4质量浓度都与对照组G相比,差异不显著(P〉0.05)。
