摘要
减摇水舱是一种常用的船舶减摇装置,设计时首先要考虑与船体的适配,再尽可能增大减摇水舱的工作频段,以期保证减摇水舱在各种工况下的减摇效果。以某破冰船为例,梳理了该船减摇水舱的设计过程,首先提出减摇水舱的初步方案,再通过理论计算和模型试验,验证和优化减摇水舱的设计,进而指出了破冰船减摇水舱与一般船舶的差异,需注意破冰船舷侧大尺寸结构件对减摇水舱减摇效果的影响以及设计建议。
The anti-rolling tank is a kind of common equipment that can reduce of the rolling of the ship, during the design, in order to obtain the superior stabilized effect in different conditions, the suitability of the tank to the ship should be a priority and widen the range of application it provides. In the article, the design procedure of this icebreaker's anti-rolling tank is reviewed, we first design the initial project and then prove stabilized effect and ameliorate design of the anti-rolling tank by academic calculation and model test, in the end, we point out the difference and in the anti-rolling tank design of icebreaker and common ship (the big size construction of icebreaker shipboard influence the stabilized effect ) and give some advice for the design of icebreaker's anti-rolling tank.
