摘要
氯离子侵蚀诱发的钢筋锈蚀是造成混凝土结构耐久性失效的主要原因之一。针对于维修工程中局部破损修补混凝土出现的氯离子侵蚀耐久性损伤问题,进行相关的试验研究。通过近似等体积自然断裂面交叉修补方法,对修补前后的混凝土试块进行氯离子渗透试验,研究不同差异修补对氯离子渗透性能的影响。同时,结合试验结果,建立针对于修补混凝土的修正氯离子渗入模型,提出"强渗比"概念,综合评定最优交叉修补混凝土组合,为工程实际修补混凝土氯离子渗透性能评定提供参考。
Corrosion of concrete reinforcing bars is the main cause of structure destruction,which can be mostly caused by the chloride ion erosion. Based on the actual maintenance engineering,concrete specimens were repaired by means of the cross patch methods which was approximate same volume and natural fracture surface. At the same time,the standard chloride ion penetration test was carried out for the original concrete and repairing concrete specimens. Further the influence of different repair status to the chloride ion permeability of repairing concrete were discussed. Combined with the test results,the modified Cl^- penetration model was put forward which was suitable for repairing concrete. Further the concept of "ratio of strength and permeability"was put forward in order to judge the optimal cross repairing concrete combination,which can guide effectively the Cl^- penetration resistance of repairing concrete in the existing maintenance project.
