钢渣替代粗骨料混凝土抗冲磨性能的试验研究及微观分析 被引量:8

摘要 为更有效利用大宗废料钢渣,设计并制作15组石状钢渣等体积取代部分粗骨料混凝土试件,试验研究了石状钢渣掺量对混凝土的工作性能、力学性能及抗冲磨性能的影响极其作用机理。结果表明:石状钢渣可以改善混凝土的工作性能;在不同水胶比下,掺石状钢渣混凝土的早期强度均大于基准混凝土,且随着石状钢渣掺量的增加而增大;石状钢渣掺量在30%以内时,混凝土的后期强度随掺量的增加不断增强,石状钢渣掺量大于等于40%时混凝土的后期强度有下降趋势;采用水下钢球法测试混凝土28 d抗冲磨强度,得出掺石状钢渣混凝土的抗冲磨强度比基准混凝土均有不同程度的提高,其随掺量的变化规律与同龄期抗压强度相似。因此,石状钢渣做为混凝土集料时其掺量应控制在30%为宜。 In order to use a large amount of industrial waste that is steel slag more efficiently,15 groups of concrete with different contents of the stone shape steel slag were designed and produced. Study on the effect of the stone shape steel slag content that influent the workability,mechanical property,mechanical properties,abrasion resistance and mechanism of action of concrete with the stone shape steel slag.The test results showed that the workability of concrete can be improved by steel slag powder; In the different water glue ratio,the early strength of concrete with the stone shape steel slag is more than the reference concrete. And the strength increase with the content adds. When the dosage of the stone shape steel slag is within 30%,the late strength of concrete with steel slag increase with slag adds. While the dosage of steel slag was more than 40%,the late strength of concrete have a downward trend; In this experiment the concrete's anti abrasion strength of 28 d was tested by high-speed under water mothed. The results showthat anti abrasion strength of concrete with steel slag have a different degree advance than the reference concrete. The 28 d abrasion resistant strength with the stone shape steel slag is similar to the changing rule of the later strength.So the stone shape steel slag's content at 30% is the best.
