水泥基多孔陶粒材料降噪性能分析 被引量:12

摘要 陶粒是以工业废渣为主要原料制成,造价低廉,环保无污染,而且具有质轻、耐腐蚀、耐火等特点,其内部结构特征呈细密蜂窝状微孔,非常适合作为降噪吸声材料。经过研究发现:水泥基多孔陶粒的密度、陶粒粒径、水灰比、纤维掺量、厚度等对吸音材料吸音性能都有一定的影响。当密度约1 050 kg/m3时,对400~2 000 Hz的噪声吸收较好,降噪系数为0.55;在0.5~2.5 mm粒径范围内的陶粒,对400~2 000 Hz的噪声的降噪较好,而2.5~8 mm粒径范围的陶粒对部分频率段的噪声吸收较好。 Using industrial waste slag as main rawmaterial and lowcost,ceramsite is not only in conformity with the resource reuse of the concept of environmental protection,but also has a light weight corrosion risistance refractory characteristics. Its internal structure characteristics are close honeycomb micropore,very suitable as the sound-absorbing material. Research shows that the density of cement-based porous ceramic,ceramic particle size,water-cement ratio,fiber content,thickness and so on have a certain influence on the acoustic properties of sound-absorbing material. When the density of cement-based porous ceramic about 1 050 kg /m3,it can well absorb 400~2 000 Hz noise and the noise reduction coefficient is 0.55. Within 0.5~2.5 mm diameter ceramsite,it can well absorb 400~2 000 Hz noise,however,in the 2.5~8 mm diameter range of ceramsite,it can only absorb part of the frequency of the noise.
