摘要
大量工程实践表明混凝土结构中早期非受力裂缝是影响其耐久性的主要因素之一,而混凝土养护施工质量对早期非受力裂缝控制起到决定因素。但现有的养护方式存在人工洒水不规范、混凝土温度和湿度掌握不准确、养护用水量不足或过多和养护效率低等问题。因此,如何改进混凝土的养护方法已经成为提高混凝土的养护质量亟待解决的重要问题。混凝土智能养护系统采用先进的智能控制技术,对混凝土温度和湿度进行监测以及水化热等参量分析,自动控制养护过程的用水量、喷淋频率以引导水化热的平稳释放,达到智能养护施工的目的,对保证混凝土质量、提高养护效率具有重要意义。
A large number of engineering projects have shown that insufficient strength of concrete,cracks are one of the key factors affecting their life. concrete conservation construction quality directly determines whether to generate cracks of strength and temperature.But at present existing artificial watering conservation methods are not standardized,temperature and humidity control is inaccurate[including inaccurate temperature and humidity control],insufficient or excessive water conservation and preservation of lowefficiency inefficient preservation. The problem on howto improve methods of concrete curing,howto and ensure the quality of concrete curing has become an important issue to be solved. Intelligent concrete curing system uses advanced intelligent control technology,through analysis of the temperature,humidity,heat of hydration of multi-parameter,automatically control the amount of curing water,the frequency of spray to guide the smooth release of hydration heat to ensure the conservation process standardized,scientific,fine,to improve the strength of concrete and to reduce the appearance of cracks and to improve the efficiency of conservation.
