摘要
当前在公共部门,女性职员无论从比例上还是对工作任务的实际承担上,日益体现出重要性,这一特征在高等教育机构尤为明显。女性对发展的内在要求以及女性对教育管理岗位的匹配程度,使我们相信,减少女性职员的发展障碍将会对教育管理的组织绩效产生推动作用。本文从组织公平的视角对女性职员发展的影响因素进行分析,认为通过对晋升程序的变革,可以影响女性职员的公平感知进而影响其动机和行为,并进一步提升组织绩效。
Currently, female employees play further more important roles in public sectors, no matter being measured with percentage or workload. This trend becomes especially obvious in higher educational institutions. In consideration of their demand for promotion and natural superiority in being qualified for educational management, we believe that removing obstacles to female employees' promotion can improve the organizational performance of ed- ucational management. This paper focuses on analyzing the factors that influence female employees' promotion in the view of organizational justice. It comes out that through optimizing promotion procedure, especially female employees' perception of organizational justice, may activate their initiative ,which is helpful for improving or- ganizational nerformance
