Application of PBL Teaching Method in the Professional Training of Military General Practitioner in Grassroots Army

PBL教学法是一种以问题为基础,以学员为中心的教学模式。比较适用于以增强知识的理解和掌握,培养临床思维能力及解决问题的能力为目标的基层全科军医任职培训。笔者在基层全科军医任职培训课程中进行PBL教学方法尝试,就其在教学应用中发现的优势初步探讨。

PBL teaching method is a problems -based and student -centered teaching mode.It is suitable for general military practitioner training in the grassroots army, which is aimed to enhance the understanding and mastering of knowledge and train the ability of clinical thinking and problem solving skills.The author had tried the PBL teaching method in professional training courses of general military practitioner in the grassroots army.The author also made a discussion on the advantages of the PBL in the training courses.
