摘要
本文针对研究生《高级医院管理学》的课程要求,对讲座式教学进行探索、实践,具体包括讲座内容设计、讲座人选择、授课方式设计和考核方式设计四个方面。采用讲座式教学方法有利于培养研究生创新力和实践能力。
The article targeted at the requirement of graduate students＇ course of ＂Advanced Hospital Administration＂, and proposed that lecture education should be put into practice. The implementations of lecture education include lecture content design, lecturer selection, teaching method design and examination design. The use of lecture education is helpful for graduates creativity and practical ability.
