微信群互动教学模式在科室业务学习中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨构建以微信群为基础的网络互动教学模式在科室业务学习中的应用效果。方法选取神经内科为试点科室,2013年度(2013年1—12月)实行每周二晚上集中进行课堂授课,周三晚上进行微信群互动问答、讨论,由科室成员轮流授课,并与2012年度未进行微信群互动教学时每个月专业理论考核成绩及每季度医院"三基"理论知识(神经内科专业知识)考核成绩进行对照比较。结果 2013年度较2012年度每个月本专业理论考核平均成绩明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),每季度医院"三基"理论知识考核平均成绩也有显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取构建以微信群为基础的网络互动教学模式,提高医务人员学习的积极性,促进医师对知识的理解及汲取,提升业务学习的效果,值得推广。 Objective To discuss the application effect of WeChat group interaction teaching mode in the clinical department vocational study. Method We selected the neurology as the pilot department. We implemented the centralized classroom teaching on every Tuesday night and WeChat group interactive questions and answers, discussion on every Wednesday night taken turns by members of the department from January 2013 to December 2013. We compared it with professional theory examination scores of each month under WeChat group of interactive teaching in 2012 and the examination results of each quarter's hospital three kinds of basic theories ( neurology professional knowledge). Results Each month specialized theoretical examination average scores of 2013 improved more obviously than 2012, and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; every quarter's average point of hospital three kinds of basic theories examination has increased significantly, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Our hospital implemented the model of instruction of WeChat group interaction on the basis of cyber interactive, which greatly improved the learning enthusiasm of medical personnel, significantly promoted the doctors' understanding of knowledge and learning and greatly improved the effectiveness of the business learning. It is worth popularizing widely.
