To push forward the in - depth reform of health organization in grassroots army and me establishment of proper shifting mechanism of military health specialists, the article made an introduction on American health officer professional management, training, personnel allocation and promotion system, etc. The author presented advices on improvement in training institution, career developing path and army health stuff configuration, so as to help training and employing health professional officers in our grassroots army.
