摘要
发达国家尤其是美国、俄国、德国等国家,战争经验丰富,维和任务频繁,在国际上影响力大,其战时卫生资源配置的经验值得借鉴。本文通过分析外军战时卫生资源的总量、分布以及结构,在借鉴外军资源配置经验,结合我军实际情况,探讨外军经验对我军战时资源配置的借鉴与启示。
The war and peacekeeping mission is frequent in the developed countries especially the United States, Russia, and Germany. Their allocation of health resources in wartime experience is worth to study. By analyzing the amount, distribution and structure of foreign health resources in wartime, and combination with the practical situation of our army, the article put forward some experiences and reflections.
