以大豆油脚皂脚混合物为原料提取FA的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 大豆油的油脚皂脚中富含油酸、亚油酸与亚麻酸。我们以大豆油的油脚和皂脚为原料,采用皂化酸解的方法,通过单因素与正交试验,研究了提取混合FA最佳的工艺条件。皂化和酸解工段的正交试验均以提取粗FA的反应温度、pH值和反应时间作为因子。试验表明:皂化反应最佳条件是温度为90℃、加碱量时pH值9和皂化时间1h;酸解反应最佳条件是温度90℃、pH值2和时间1h。 Soybean oil residue and soap contained oleic acid, linoleic acid and linolenic acid. Taking soybean oil residue and soap as raw materials, using saponification acidolysis method, optimum extraction conditions of mixed FA were studied with single factor and orthogonal experiment. Taking temperature, pH value and reaction time as factor, results showed that, temper- ature was 90℃, pH value was 9 with alkali, and time was lh in saponification period; temperature was 90℃, pH value was 2, and time was I h in acidoysis period.
